Dietitian is a carrier that provide food and nutrition information to improve a person health. The clinical training help the graduate dietitian to modify diets in the management of diseases such as diabetes, heart diseases, overweight and obesity, cancer and food allergies and intolerances. Dietitian is doing part of the nutritionist job.

Dietitians are responsible for creating nutritional strategies involving all ages either for an individual or a group. Dietitians play a major role in industry, health care, government and education. The duties of the dietitian are based on their area of speciality. In general, the dietitian duty is to evaluate the nutritional intake of an individual and groups. They are involved in the planning of nutrition programme to prevent variety of diseases, to keep healthy and to prevent allergic reaction. In society, dietitian work to improve eating habits, health and wellbeing of the community. For example, dietitian develop menus for patient’s nutritional needs. This will contribute to a healthy community. The common diseases such as diabetes can be prevented. Dietitian will educate the patient and family members on eating well. In the environment, the food that we consume will increase the entropy in our body. Living organisms that are highly ordered like human need a lower entropy than the environment. Therefore, the entropy must be decreased by removing waste substances, thus increase the entropy of the environment. Furthermore, the plants have ability to extract energy directly from the sunlight.
