The enchiladas were even better than the tacos in my opinion they had a slight spiciness to them and a mouthwatering assortment of caramelized onions, and organic greens that are tossed in cilantro-lime vinaigrette. The Enchiladas were also surmounted with avocado crema salsa and melted monterey jack cheese. The way that the chef’s had delicately placed the zest on the enchiladas was awe inspiring. It reminded me of ratatouille and how each vegetable is carefully placed. Just thinking about the meals makes me want to go back.
