Canada and America are a lot alike, but just like everything else in the world they have their differences. Canada has a Prime Minster which their job is to chair the cabinet, appoint Ministers, advise the governor General, and act as key spokesperson for the government both in parliament and out. While both countries are democracies, their style of government is different. French and English are the official languages in Canada while in the United States, English is the official language.
