Their vision tends to be blurred in thinking that way because they are so used to getting their way. Even though the person thinks they are using their power in the right way for the right reason it is most likely going to cause major consequences because their judgement was blurred. It is common to see either a council- manager or mayor-council government in populated cities. Generally, these two commonly used forms of government greatly differ in terms of structure. The mayor-council government is commonly used in large cities New York and Chicago and certain of the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. This essay will consist of what followership and servant leadership is and how they serve a purpose in the military. In 1970, “A man named Robert K. They believe that nurses are a vital component to health care system and nurses in leadership roles can have a positive impact on such. Nurses are in all sorts of roles within the health care systems ranging from a staff nurse, nurse managers, to advance practice, all the way to congress (Finkelman & Kenner, 2013).
