Education has an important impact in shaping the future of a being by teaching skills that can prepare them physically, mentally and socially for the world of work. There have been many innovations in improving and expanding the reach of Education. But, the one that interests me most is Distance Learning.

3) Physical barriers of distance are eliminated.

Disadvantages:

1) Learners who lack proficient or basic computer skills may struggle.
2) Learners lacking self-confidence and self-discipline may find it demotivating.
3) Different time zones may affect participation issues.
4) Lack of communication or social skills.

Asynchronous learning: This is a more offline learning system that involves coursework delivered via web, email and message boards that are then posted on online forums. Students ideally complete the course at their own pace, by using the internet merely as a support tool.

Underlying Assumption: Distance learning is a boon for those with physical and mental disabilities. Many of them are not able to school or colleges and Distance Learning brings the school to them. This form of learning, as great as it is, might leave the learner often questioning and grieving of not being able to be a part of a regular learning environment. Also, there is larger aspect of Practical understanding and learning that they miss out on.

The solution is not to just provide student with learning material but to create a system that lets them see their form of learning as a privilege rather than a compulsion and also make it possible for them to interact with fellow learners.
There is another approach which will look at such individuals not as learner but as Educators. We can never truly understand what a person is going through unless we have been in their shoes. Such people can be provided with employment opportunities who can be trained and act as tutors for the next batch.
This can be achieved by providing such learners with a real-time learning environment through Holographic technologies, Robotics and 3D printing techniques.

Consequences:
Specially abled learners will emerge as confident and professionally trained individuals who are ready to penetrate the industry and create a satisfactory and self-reliant environment for
