DISH Network offers a wide range of services and products to their consumers. The company sells Television services, Internet Services as well as audio programing services to commercial and residential customers across the country. In addition, they now offer smart phone repair and servicing. The products they offer include the new DISH Hopper (DVR) which allow for recording of live television shows. The further product line includes the receivers and the actual satellite dish for customers’ homes. Their TV and internet services/products include a wide range of other services within them. These include DISH anywhere, Hopper GO, International and Phone bundles, TV Channels and Packages as well as TV Outdoors. Recently, the organization launched a service specialized in targeting a new target market. The Sling branded pay-TV services is a service targeting primarily to consumers who do not subscribe to traditional satellite and cable pay-TV services. Since the biggest aspect of the company revolve around people who do in fact subscribe to pay-Tv subscriptions they decided they needed to specialize a strategy on how to target the audience which does not typically subscribe to their types of services. The Sling domestic core package consists of over 20 channels offered for a $20 monthly subscription. In addition to the core programming package, the service offers additional tiers of programming, including sports, kids, movies, world news, lifestyle and Spanish language and additional premium content such as HBO, each available for an additional monthly fee.
