My career anchor is Security/Stability which wasn’t surprising to me because my main focused right now is having a secure employment with my current organization. I am eager to move up in my organization primarily because of financial security and stability. I have variety of talents and values, but none of these are more important to me than feeling secure and stable. My role at work is a financial registrar. As a financial registrar, I assist patients with all required forms for general consent of treatment. Help my department to reduce no-show rate by confirming all office appointments daily. My timelines to accomplish my professional career is about the next 3 years. My learning style is diverging. Diverging is the style of learning I prefer because the learning abilities are concrete experience and reflective observation. I am best in viewing problems from many different points of view. Diverging style help during phases of creating new ideas and broadening the views of a group. In the past I learned by assimilating, created models to define problems, tried to develop theories. Having patience is hard for me because patience something I rarely don’t have. Other people viewed my learning style as a way to understand information and solve problem. Each of us learns and processes information in our own special ways, though we share some learning patterns, preferences, and approaches. Knowing your own style also can help you to realize that other people may approach the same situation in different ways.
