Expanding on technology, Amazon allowing employee to work from home, proves their commitment to employee satisfaction; hence, boost morale. Making money on Amazon.com is straightforward, but not free, whether as a company or independent; authors can self-publish their work, people selling their service, their apps, advertise their products or become an Amazon vendor. Recording artists, authors and producers, grant Amazon the permission to allow their paying subscribers to listen books and/or music and watch movies via streaming, based on the package they purchase from Amazon Prime. Royalties are supposed to be paid to the owner(s) of the work, if registered appropriately.
