Does anybody think in the Middle East is just a wasteland? Well, he or she would be wrong because the Middle East has hospitals that provide people with health care. The Iranian Nursing Organization is the only nursing organization and it has been established by a vote of nationwide representatives. This organization is formed because of its strong support from many nurses (Hazrati). Iranian Nursing Organization is improving the number of nurses.Also there is a problem with the patients are not being satisfied with care from the nurses.There is an organization that is similar American Red Cross and the name is the Iranian Red Crescent. Does the Red Crescent Organization is beneficial to the people in Iran. What ways is the INO providing help to nurses, study that researches conducted about how well is the hospitality in nursing care, and how is the Iranian Red Crescent helping the civilians that live in the Middle East. …show more content…

Nurses are paid three hundred eighty dollars according to Sadighe who is the secretary of Iran's Nursing council.Next, nurses mostly leave to the U.S,Canada, and Australia. Forty nurses leave Iran, daily according to Sadighe .The average nursing can vary from two thousand five hundred dollars to four thousand dollars. Nurses migrate from Iran to Canada.
