Rationale: The organization that I will be researching for my final paper in COM 315 is United Airlines. My goal for this paper is to have a better understanding of how United Airlines corporates diversity and inclusion within their organization for a better workplace, and the betterment of employees and passengers. I chose this organization because my family will fly United Airlines when we go on vacation, but I want to know how diversity and inclusion are expressed within the whole organization and not just in a few airports my family has been to.
