When the “ASTROWORLD” project came out, this helped Don Toliver gain popularity in the music industry. After the “ASTROWORLD” project, Jackboys, the label that Travis Scott founded, decided to release a project in 2019 which featured Don Toliver on the project. The project was called “JACKBOYS” and this project displayed Don Toliver’s ability as an artist and established that he isn’t just a one hit wonder. Songs like “GANG GANG”, “HAD ENOUGH”, and “WHAT TO DO” helped put Don on the radar in the hip-hop community. Don dropped his first mainstream project “Heaven or Hell” which kind of set the foundation of his sound following in Travis Scott’s footsteps but following a more R&B approach, like Travis, Don heavily relies on autotune to distribute his sound.
