The holocaust was a terrible time in human history. The Nazis tortured, dehumanized, and systematically slaughtered as many as six million Jews. During this time, many physicians and doctors were sent to death camps all around Germany to run horrifying and cruel experiments on the Jews. Out of all the Nazi doctors, the one that stands out the most is Dr. Josef Mengele. Dr. Mengele was the most murderous doctor of them all. He became widely known as the “angel of death,” for his inhumane experiments on identical and fraternal twins.
