Have you ever had a dream where you felt like you were awake, but in reality wasn’t ? Everyday we Dream; Dreams have been apart of us ever since we have been in our mother stomachs, all the way up until now. We have dreams that are fiction and some; that make us face reality. What some people may not know about dreams is that there's a lot of different types of dreams. The dreams most common in lives is daydreaming, False Awakening Dreams, Lucid Dreams, Nightmares, Recurring Dreams, and Healing Dreams. As well as, Prophetic Dreams ( Future Predictions), Signal Dreams, Epic Dreams, Progressive Dreams, and Mutual Dreams. Like “Daydreaming”; happens when your are on a low level of sleep, but it is when you are coming close to being fully awake. When we are daydreaming, our level of awareness decreases, because we lose ourselves in our imaginations and fantasies. But, False Awakening Dreams are when you feel like you are awake and going to the places in your everyday life. But, you keep on waking up, until you realize you are in a dream. Then their is lucid Dreams, lucid dream occur when you know you are dreaming, but in lucid dreams some people have control over what they do in the dream. Next , there's the Nightmares this type of dreaming is no stranger to us. Nightmares can be caused by a lot of things like a trauma or a very terrible situation in the past. Did you know people invented the dream catcher, because it was believed to trap bad dreams. Then we have the recurring Dreams, in these dream their isn’t much information as to where or what is going on in the dream. But, this type of dream is classified as a nightmare in some cases. In a recurring dream many of them may go unsolved or just ignored. But, their have been studies where people claimed once they solved the problem it stopped happening to them. Next, is the healing dream; in this dream it serves as a purpose like giving our bodies a signal.
