Carrillo Response to Paty Orozcoregalado Connection: HI Paty! I am glad to see that you brought up our 340 class. The assessments I did during the fieldwork for that class were some of my first hands on experience with using and interpreting screeners and individual studnt assessments. Discussion: I feel like this week’s reading has been great because it has helped me to further specify the uses of the many different types of tests and assessments.
As previously mentioned, while watching the student complete the assessment, I observed the student guessing. If the student truly understood the place value of each number then she would have answered all of the other number sentences correctly, however she only chose to complete each number sentence using the “less than,” inequality symbol, which coincidently awarded her with items b and e being correct. This student is yet to understand how three-digit numbers compare to one another based on place value, as well as, the meaning of each inequality symbol. Due to not understanding how three-digit numbers compare to one another based on place value, the student was not able to properly discuss her
Makayla is a use first sequence, which can be very beneficial as long as it’s not hindering her life or work. After reading her story it looks like she’s not using all of her patterns and gets stuck on one, she needs to take some risks and think outside the box to get stuff done. I don’t know exactly what her confluence score is but it looks like it’s a low one since she’s not using it, she needs to be using it as needed to help her with her school and life. John is a use first precise
If his students are not able to read fluently, then they will have to focus on sounding out the words instead of comprehending what the text is saying. So this will show why the students either scored high or not. b. Another test Adrian could administer is: The Early Names Test. This test shows how well his students are able to decode grapheme-phoneme patterns in single-syllable words. This will allow him to see how well the students are able to decode and whether or not that will affect their reading ability.
If those results were being graded, they would have resulted in a failing grade. Accordingly,
Jim Learning, 78, takes off his black baseball cap to reveal his long white hair. His complexion is fair and his small hazel eyes are framed by his thick white eyebrows. The elder has a silver-white mustache and a wizened face full of wrinkles. One would never think that Learning is a Canadian aboriginal, but he is. Learning’s mother was Inuit and his father was French, so he describes himself as “Euro-Inuit.”
The test should be on level how you gone know if a student learning if the test below
According to the results of the LCI I am a Dynamic learner. I'm set in my ways of learning and doing things. My scores for the LCI where not much of a surprise for me in the fact that I knew I was a technical learner but the rest of the scores where about the same. Sequence- 21 as needed Precise- 21 as needed Technical- Use First Confluent- as needed Every year during the holidays I use the four LCI skills when putting together toys and household goods for my family.
•After taking the "LCI" I learned that I use sequence First. I use technical Reasoning, precision, and confluence as needed. My scores were 25 for sequence, 21 for technical reasoning, 19 for precision, and 16 for confluence. This means I am a Dynamic leaner. which means I ask many questions before starting my assigments.
It reverberated through the hallways and classrooms of the high school like a primeval monosyllabic chant. Everyone asked it so much that it soon became the newest catchphrase. Forget about “Bazinga”; Move over “Yada Yada Yada .” Even the classic pickup line, “What’s your sign?”, trembles at the mere mention of it. Make room for the king of all mantras.
The United States is a country made up of 50 States located in North America. About an estimate of 318.9 million individuals populate it today in the year 2016. Individuals of different races and ethnicity. Individuals who are American citizens and who are not citizens. Over the years the number of people populating the U.S has grown and shifted dramatically.
My learning patterns for the Learning Connections Inventory is as follows: Sequence – 31 (Use First), Precision – 29 (Use First), Technical – 17 (Avoid), and Confluent – 18 (Use as Needed). I’m classified as a “Dynamic Learner” because I have two strong learning patterns along with one as needed and one avoid pattern. After taking the LCI quiz I feel like my learning patterns are extremely accurate. I scored very high with the sequence pattern.

A self-assessment is not an easy task; a person needs a lot of insight to do it. However, my partner’s suggestions and positive criticisms helped me to have better judgment about my performance on the WISC-V (Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, Fifth Edition) administration. Many aspects involve the administration of the WISC-V, and it requires training and practice to avoid mistakes during the administration that are likely to trigger errors in the children’s responses or even errors in the scoring. I was familiar with the administration of the WISC-IV, and this facilitated a little the manipulation of the kit. However, there are considerable differences in the content of these two versions, for example in the WISC-V there
