Social History Paper When assessing an individual it is difficult to not to develop a judgement on the person. When analyzing a person with the Ecosystems theory and the Biopsychosocialspirtual theory, you have to make sure that the person is being completely honest with you and not leading you in the wrong direction. With the person interviewed, let’s call her Olivia, there was in no way a judgment formed towards her. Every one person has a different outlook on life and not everyone can handle what is happening around there different environments. Because she does not belong in many other systems we could diagram her systems as a Genogram instead of an Ecomap because of her exclusion from those systems (Rogers, 2013, pp. 37,39). In her main family system, Olivia play many roles and has multiple behaviors for each. Oliva is a daughter, mother, wife, teacher, and many more. Olivia has to make sure her behavior is appropriate for each time she assumes a role. Olivia roles come with boundaries she has to make sure that when she is in her teacher role teaching her children that they know that it’s a different relationship than being there mother. In all, Olivia does a great job in making sure that it is clear what role she is assuming at that point in time. She chooses to focus on her children’s best interests and makes sure they, and her family, are number one in communication and makes sure there bond is strong. Olivia seems to adapt very well to different situations and can hold both professional and personal relationships, if she so chooses. With Olivia choosing to focus on herself and her “close-knit” circle she can be herself and she does not have to make the people around her like her. She, in a way, makes someone accept her for who she is, or not at all. Olivia understands how to keep her and her family healthy, she has all the right things in mind when it comes to her children. She has gone through her ups and downs in her physical and psychological health and has always made her way back on top. She has had many achievements and has realized she does not have to try to please everyone to be happy herself. Overall, my conclusion of Olivia is that she is right where she needs to and wants to be, around her family. She has everything that she needs right now, and there is no doubt that when something has to change, Olivia will adapt right along with
