He is taking the life of innocent persons. We think that the best way for him not to do this again is for him to be prosecuted. Although we don’t know if he’s done this before, you could be killing him for his mind. I know how you said that he is smart, but what if is his smart and that’s it, there's nothing wrong with him. You can’t just put him in a mental institution, if he’s smart, he’ll just figure out how to get out, look, he figured out to kill an innocent. Edgar said, “ Madmen know nothing.
