In addition, the line managers are able to give the employee feedbacks on their performance and evaluate how well the employee goals were accomplished as whole. In the employees’ perspective, this gives an opportunity for the employee to resolve any expectations and discuss issues with their managers. Employees can also find out how they are doing and contributing for the company. From the line managers’ perspectives, it can increase their management skills as well demonstrating fairness to employees in the company.
