When evaluating our employees, we will use multiple methods to ensure all employees are performing to company standards. First, we will measure how well each department does on both sides of our business model. For example, with customer service, measuring the volume of calls as well as customer satisfaction/feedback. The second way we will evaluate our employees is how well core values are showcased. Colleagues will evaluate each other since they are working together on daily basis.
