Our vision is to get everyone to have that dream vacation they have always dreamed of. The strengths of our company are new ideas, positive community involvement, and eco-friendly. The weaknesses are that we are a brand-new business, not enough experience, and possibly too overbearing. Our opportunities are that we are a new market, new people, and new area. The threats are competitors who are current small travel agencies and big travel agencies. Strategies to achieve our goals are to lower costs and have good customer service. When evaluating our employees, we will use multiple methods to ensure all employees are performing to company standards. First, we will measure how well each department does on both sides of our business model. For example, with customer service, measuring the volume of calls as well as customer satisfaction/feedback. The second way we will evaluate our employees is how well core values are showcased. Colleagues will evaluate each other since they are working together on daily basis. This method of performance evaluation is critical to our company because it maintains a positive, successful culture.
