According to Lutgen Sandvik (2005), workplace bullying is a pattern of constant, malicious, insulting behavior that a target perceives as an intentional effort to harm, control or drive colleague from the workplace. Furthermore, workplace bullying can alter the intern decision to enter the industry because of their experience during the internship. No working experience in the real situation makes the intern enable to work as a team in the industry can misunderstanding will occur (Rashdi, et al, 2010). An expert said, bullying behavior can do harm to a business and the pain and suffering lying on employee (Lund, 2015). So it can be related that, the bullying can cause harm to the intern and low level employee and harm the organization itself. A short term attachment of the intern to gain experience in the industry make the situation unnoticeable by the managers. The intern’s usually being attached to the real industry for their requirement in practicum training course for a period between one to twelve months (Rashdi, et al, 2010). So, the impact of bullying in the workplace is not being considered. The previous research also proven that bullying has a positive affect to the individual health.
