Chapter 15 highlights many key elements in order for an author to analyze and evaluate his or her sources. The most important concept an author must recognize is his or her ability to understand the source he or she is using. Once the author is able to understand the sources being used he or she can then use some of the techniques talked about in chapter 15. The most engaging ways of analyzing and evaluating talked about in chapter 15 include summarizing the source which includes reading the information and then writing down and explain exactly what the author wanted you to take from the source.
