Business, of course, its original intention is to maximize profits or minimize losses. However, it has obligations to society beyond the pursuit of profits. Even though some small companies think that they are too useless in helping community, every corporation has its responsible for employees and consumers. Most employees are not only looking for higher salaries, but also looking forward to a satisfying workplace. Providing occupational safety and health service will enhance staffs' security. For example, an ergonomic computer chair for each office worker can relieve their wrists’ fatigue. Obviously, no one would like to work in a dirty place. Regular cleaning is always needed in companies, but keeping places clean are crucial, too. Additionally, being treated equally is their wish. The older they are the worse competence they become. Some enterprises will neglect those people’s promotional opportunities. To carry out equal treatment, the government has set up the Eliminating Age Discrimination in Employment policy. In recent years, many food safety issues such as tainted milk powder and gutter oil are disclosed to the public. People now are afraid of buying similar products. To those who involved in these incidents are unethical. They violate the right to safety. Firms should avoid deceiving, or they will lose their goodwill in the market. The right to be informed can let customers know what ingredients they have eaten. Food manufactures need to put nutrition labels on the package to show the information about the food. What consumers want is only having satisfying and safe
