Elizabeth is able to pack her lunch with assistance in reading the menu and verbal reminders to pack everything needed for her lunch and snack. She does well with coming home, cleaning out lunch box and washing containers at night. needing few reminders and supervision for these tasks. She is able to tell you her address: the road she lives on, town she lives in, and state. Has some trouble with the house number and her phone number; gets the numbers confused. We continue to work on memorizing address and phone number with different activities. We haved worked on sight words and basic math using games and workbooks to review. elizabeth enjoys spa night once a week. She says she likes having her nails trimmed and painted different colors. She works on journals daily, telling staff what she is thankful for; usually saying staff, friends, work, and church and signing her name at the bottom once done. Elizabeth has participated in a number of outings including going to the SPCA, Church, her local library, Shac events and outdoor music events. She went to many SHAC events including: movie nights, dances, crafts, karaoke, and Bingo. she said she enjoys "winning prizes and money" at bingo and "visiting friends" at other shac events. concerns about depth perception and light sensitivity. there have been no falls but has walked into things and needed reminders to slow down and to walk with staff. she has gone to the eye dr and there were no significant changes in eyesight but will continue to go for regular 3 month check ups. During fire drills this quarter elizabeth has gotten up and out the door with little to no prompts normally encouraging peers to get up and go out too. while walking in community walks with staff due to sight restrictions needs reminders to look both ways while crossing streets while out on walks will tend to look at feet/ ground if not
