The ability to use nasal endoscopy for the diagnosis, identification of sinus and nasal pathology within the narrow spaces and recesses of the nose, and delicate management of the disease has benefited the patient by more accurate surgery, preservation of function, and rapid healing.2

Nasal polyposis is a common disease in Rhinology which is better treated with Endoscopic nasal sinus surgery.
The Rationale of this study is to assess result and success of this procedure in patients of Nasal Polyposis in our population and to compare its result with the result of previous study in last 5 years of our population.1 There is better visualization, good outcome and success rate and less recurrence of nasal polyps with endoscopic sinus surgery. In our population most of the cases of Nasal Polyposis are still treated with conventional surgical procedures which have no better outcome and success, more recurrences and complications.
