Endoscopy treatments includes use of endoscopic ultra sound and other tools. Besides general lab test endoscopic surgeries are performed in this region hence this are again interdependent on perioperative unit for treatment through multiple phases of post and pre anesthesia care. Figure 9 shows a 3D view of Endoscopy unit, this unit has two operating rooms. All the interdependent units work on their own specific times, working times of each unit are scheduled using schedules under data tab. Each work schedule is linked with a resource unit or a server which manages their working hours with respect to given available times of each unit. As we discussed in chpater 3 the formula for patients length of stay was made using another statistical software StatFIt, after choosing the best fit model for the data the formula used was copied to sequence tables for patients length of stay. Each processing times are the times for length of stay in servers or resources We further used foreign key to sync the patients sequence tables and their processing times. Figure below is the screen shot of the actual SIMIO for current simulation that shows sequence tables used for patients length of stays thorugh the process. Fig 35. Further Add on processes were used to know patients time waiting in perioperative unit, and to measure patient satisfaction rate. Patient satisfaction is determined by measuring waiting time throughout the process, logic used for differentiating satisfied and unsatisfied patients are made such that waiting time is greater than 45 minutes. Other resource units of perioperative unit are seized and released to calculate their waiting times in the process. We integrate all the interdependent units to complete the present hospital model. Figure shows a 3D view of a complete complex integrated multi facility systems simulation model. The label in the middle is the clock showing the present date and time when simulation runs. Other Graphs beside each unit of perioperative facility shows a line chart of patient arrival rate in their unit. These labels were used to easily know the current condition of their facility like patients in each unit on that specific time of clock which runs for timespan of one complete
