PLEASE READ TO THE ENTIRE CHAPTER. A copy should be placed in each officer and chapter adviser notebook. Dear members of Zeta Epsilon Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma: In April 2017, Zeta Epsilon Chapter was given a focus letter in an effort to support chapter officers, advisers, and the general membership. The purpose of a focus letter is to create a framework to help guide the forward movement of a chapter. After reviewing the successes of the past year and seeing communication increase between Chapter Council officers and Content Specialists, I wanted to try a different approach to the focus letter. Below, you will find an action plan template for Zeta Epsilon Chapter to use for the upcoming academic year. The plan outlines a timeline that spans from early summer through the middle of 2019. I hope that this plan will help continue the positive communication among Chapter Council officers, chapter members, and Kappa Kappa Gamma volunteers. The Content Specialists in Epsilon District will have a copy of this action plan and look forward to hearing from Chapter Council officers. As we have mentioned previously, the Fraternity is ready to provide the assistance and support you need. I continue to have great confidence in your ability to meet and exceed these expectations.
