I, Brother Andrew Wimp, am stating my intent to run for the President of the Kansas Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon. I believe myself to be qualified to preform and execute the obligations and duties as our chapter president, through being an active leader, the ability to run a productive executive board, and continuous, effective communication with the chapter, alumni, and the university.

With the obstacles facing our chapter now, I feel the primary issues are our continued growth through recruitment and retention, our culture and identity, and the personal growth of those within our chapter. If elected as our next president, I will work with each position on the exec board to help them set goals they would like to complete for the semester and develop a list of short term goals that can be worked on month by month. To make sure these goals are met, I believe I have the initiative and drive to lead each position to meet and exceed their goals, as well as communicating the goals I would like to see in each position over their term. Another large issue I see within our chapter is the change in culture and the identity we are trying to promote. Over the past several semesters we have made great strides to be better known on campus through involvement and leadership. What we need to work towards now is getting everyone within the chapter involved and representing Sigma Phi Epsilon.
