Lambda Psi Rho Accomplishments

Lambda Psi Rho has always put a tremendous amount of time and efforts into fostering great academic success. From the moment our new members are given a bid to the moment they graduate, the value of a college education is constantly stressed. With this mentality, Lambda Psi Rho boasts a graduation rate of 100% among its members. We have always strived towards a great record of success in school. We made improvements to our academic system this past year, due to the increased number of members. Although our organization’s extensive history of academic accomplishment, the previous year was particularly one in terms of academic improvement. At the start of the 2016 year, our fraternity’s Academic Committee, led by our organization’s Vice President of Development, implemented new academic policies and helped modify academic improvement plans for each individual member. The academics of the members are calculated by grade checks to ensure the grades are met. To those that did not met the criteria of Lambda Psi Rho’s academic excellence, new implementations of the probation system are implemented on these members. The system is in place to improve the grades of our members. To avoid unfavorable grades, the active members who are struggling are to be placed under a probation system until academic success is shown once again. The probation system requires logging of study hours and meeting with their set tutor. These actions are placed on the members to encourage and remind them that academic success is priority within our organization.
