Today, there are 140 Kappa chapters on on 140 college and university campuses, 251 alumnae associations worldwide, and more than 273,000 initiated members. Our principles are found in our mMission sStatement:
Kappa Kappa Gamma is an organization of women, which seeks for every member throughout her life bonds of friendship, mutual support, opportunities for self-growth, respect for intellectual development and an understanding of and an allegiance to positive ethical principles.
Every chapter uses our Our Nnew Mmember Eexperience. This program is used by all chapters and teaches our new members the benefits, responsibilities and privileges of being a Kappa. Each member of our organization is expected to annually sign a Membership Commitment Statement, which clearly outlines the expectations of membership in the Fraternity. , and Aas a new member, your daughter will learn about her financial, attendance, academic and conduct obligations.

Whether subtle or blatant, hazing is contrary to the mission and spirit of friendship that is integral to our purpose. An anonymous hazing hotline, founded by the member sororities of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) and managed by a law firm, is available for reporting any a potential hazing activity.
