Based on the business case, it shows that the employees receive many advantages from the diversity workplace policies. Equality and diversity give minority groups of workers more chances to express themselves and stay away from the discrimination and stereotype. Discrimination, justice, and fairness are one of the first element that the company needs to concern to create diversity workplace, the employees will receive the fair and respectful treatment, especially in the hiring process. Based on the legacy of Equal opportunity policies such as the Sex Discrimination Act (1975) or Employment Equity Act (1998), the employees will have a fair working environment and protect them out of the discrimination and stereotypes.
