The Truth Behind Disney Movie Disney movies are constructed in a traditional and a similar way. Throughout the movies, it can be seen that all Disney films have lots of details in common. Whether it is a based on the life of an animal or human, they all have a certain goal they are determined to accomplish. Disney sticks to its own style and bases all the movies created to fit that specific style. In order to make it a true Disney movie, it must portray an identical plot. Regardless of the type of Disney movie, a villain must be introduced at the beginning of the movie, who caused the journey of the main character to seem impossible. At the end of Moana, she returned home safe and was capable to fight off the monsters, secure Maui's hook, save her island, and save Te Fiti. Moana obtained the power and confidence to overcome any obstacle that was thrown at her. As a matter of fact, in The Little Mermaid, Ariel was capable of not only getting her voice back but marrying the prince. Ariel regains what she lost at the beginning of the movie. She never gave up to get what she wanted. With her voice back, she was able to talk and sing. Losing something that a person acquired does not mean that hope was lost, rather that new ways of doing things are created. Lastly, in Beauty And The Beast, Belle falls in love with the beast. As we witness, Belle had the capability of seeing through the hideousness of the beast and fall in love with his personality and way of being. Not only did she break the spell, but also emancipated everybody in the castle. To reach the goal the main character needed to see through the villain and understand them.
