The self-actualized person judges others accurately and is capable of tolerating uncertainty and ambiguity. 1) I think that judge people pretty accurately when I first meet; however, I don’t really like living my life in limbo. Uncertainty and ambiguity kind of scares me. I like to know what it going on and I don’t like surprises. 2) I would like to learn how to give up control to other people. I want to try to trust people more, instead of trying to do everything myself. I like to be self reliant, but I think that it is useful to be able to use other people for support when I need it.

Mystic experience. Self-actualizers have had peak experiences or experiences in which they have attained transcendence. 1) I’m still young and I don’t think that I’ve had all my peak experiences in life yet. I’ve had experiences that have shaped that person that I am today, but I think I have more growing and experiences to come. There are certain experiences that will transcend time, like the loss of my mother at a young age, and recently, the loss of my Nana in these past few weeks. However, I feel like i have more pivotal life experiences to come. 2) I honestly would not change the experiences that I’ve gone through because they have shaped my into the person I am today. They’ve made me resilient, self reliant, and overall a stronger person that can handle anything that is thrown my way.

Self-actualizers have feelings of identification, sympathy, and affection for others. 1) I Strongly relate to this characteristic, because when I care about people, I really care about every aspect of them. I’m and only child, so I treat my friends like family and I expect the same in the return. My best friends are what help me grow as an individual and I feel like I do the same by the way that I care about
