Depression is a very common disorder involving a disturbance in mood. Every human has experienced clinical depression in their lives or is prone to depression, and there’s no age limit on when it will occur. Clinical depression is not only about being sad, it is a disorder. It involves your mind, and it also involves the body and thoughts. Every individual is different and their experience will be different, clinical depression can manifest itself in many different ways.
