4. DISCUSSION On top of all the system mentioned, latest Canada government system is the one that draw our attention the most. Politically Canada is one of the most respected nations in the world. It has a mature and stable system of democracy that recognises the rights of minorities in the nation and has a vibrant civil society, while externally it uses its diplomatic power, in contrast to the economic and military power of its neighbour, to influence constructively international relations and agreements. The newly appointed Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau has appointed 15 men and 15 women, which resemble a perfect gender balance in his cabinet. The accession of women in the cabinet which reflects the country’s diversity and to honour women involvement in political measure is one thing. But, the most interesting one is the new line-up of his ministers. Trudeau’s cabinet which he referred to as “a cabinet that looks like Canada” is the first in Canadian history with equal numbers of men and women, the first ever Muslim minister, the first aboriginal justice minister, and the first northern fisheries minister, an Inuit who wore a sealskin tie to take his oath. Both of these systems have their own distinct constitution, executive branch, legislature branch and judiciary branch, which also vary in each country. The comparison of Malaysia parliamentary system with the Unites States presidential system, the Canada parliamentary system and the France mixed system have shown some similarities and difference, which can be beneficial and applicable on each country.
