The Difference in the Christian Worldview from India’s Major Religions. The Christian worldview is based on the premise that Jesus Christ is the incarnation of God, born of Mary, a virgin, in 3AD. Jesus lived to be 33 years old, as he lived a sinless life and performed many miracles that culminated with his death and resurrection on the cross. After Jesus’s death on the cross, he returns 3 days later, appearing to his disciples and 500 followers, promising his followers that he will return gain, and gather all his followers to live eternally with him and God the Father. Jesus in his resurrected body, admonished the disciples by giving them the great commission in Matthew 28:19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
