In my view, a question on civil rights movement should have been included. Specifically, the question should have been; explain the role of the literature on civil rights movements to the current American setup. Indeed, this particular subject is of interest to me for a variety of reasons ranging from political tolerance, economic prosperance and social inclusivity. To begin with, America is one of the most diverse social setups in the world, being home to many immigrant populations. In fact, the American dream has been seen by many as the chief root to the accommodative nature of modern America, an accommodative nature that saw the nation allow free immigration.
