Distractions are in order to to separate people from the real world depending on where they stand. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, is about a young 16 year old girl and boy living in a society where they are split up in districts. Every year a game is played to put a boy and girl between the age of 12-18 in every district in an arena, they fight to survive. On Earth, the society has hate and love, they all connect to how people can react to the control that is put on everyone. relief comes to people, their grasp of attention is lost. After each one dies and one comes home to celebrate, others forget about everything else and the effect this can have on the other 12 districts. In the world people seperate what is important and what is not important by control. What level class people are in and what they receive, can show how much care one has for the unfortunate.
