While obesity’s prevalence in America extends exponentially to individuals, it now extends to the military and evoked ineligibility from a vast amount of young adults intending on enrolling. The intensity and levity of obesity needs addressing from all aspects of America ranging from education systems to the fitness companies and to food industries in order to combat the enemy. As a country, individuals need to unite and demand alterations to the set up of nutrition in America initially, but also after the incitement has occurred, the union must concur with the new regulations and proposed health standards. Specifically, I would address the enlarging discord through each of the institutions mentioned previously. Primarily, the first adjustment must occur in schools to procure a lasting mindset of fitness first into each young …show more content…

After education systems instill fitness prone mentalities into children, the next step in producing a healthier America relies in the fitness companies. Government needs to regulate this industry and subsidize businesses in order to lower prices and allow for more individuals of all income levels to engage in a vigorous lifestyle. As for another approach to get America more vitalized, government can pass legislation similar to ones requiring jury duty, imposing a schedule of some sorts obliging citizens to exercise. However, this proposal has the likelihood to manifest much discontent from individuals regarding constitutionality and freedoms and so forth. With this in mind, a more feasible proposition falls with enticement. Government should entice individuals to work out whether it involve tax cuts as they are contributing to a better American society or another incentive to impel individuals to utilize their time and money to get fitter. However, exercise alone will not terminate obesity; nutrition awareness must also align with the approach.
