Every driver is different when it comes to how they operate their car. Bullard is well known for this statement when it comes to its drivers. Teenagers these days acquire there license much earlier than in the past. This creates a varied mixture of drivers in the city of Bullard. This means older student drivers push the envelope of safety more than any other class of driver.
