The 2nd Amendment gives the people the right to bear arms. It allows people to have guns. The current problem is that it too easy to obtain a gun and that people want another way to obtain it. There has been an increase in crime because of how easy it is to obtain firearms or any type of weapon to cause which could be a danger to people.
