Pretend that someone applies for a job that checks social media and doesn’t get hired. The same place than applies for a job that does not check social media and does gets hired.
A week later the person is the newspaper for participating in torching an african american church , not only is the employees name on the front page but also the name of his employer who failed to notice his hate -filled rants on facebook. Companies and colleges should check social networking sites to hire.
