For all healthcare providers, including radiologic technologist, care should be focused on the patient and particular needs of each individual patient. Patient care should be safe, efficient, effective and reliable, patient centered, timely, and efficient regardless of patient race, gender, ethnicity, and nationality of origin. There should be good communication between radiologic technologist, Radiologist, and the patient to address the patient needs and concern and the patient should be empowered to become active participants in their care and at the same time being mindful of the patient views, culture, and beliefs.
