Evolution and Creation
Evolution is the theory of organisms physically or behaviorally changing over a period of time. (Charles Darwin) This paper will include reasons and examples of what I believe and my personal opinion. I believe that Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution is wrong.
The first reason I believe evolution is incorrect was found in the film that we went over in class. In the film, the finch bird was used as an example. The term survival of the fittest or natural selection was used. Darwin said that their beaks would change over time for them to survive. I think that instead these birds mated with other species of birds, and the final result was offspring with different types of beaks. A second example from the film were the …show more content…

This was written by Charles Darwin and discussed all of his theories on evolution. His wife did not want him to publish it for over twenty-years because she didn’t want to upset the church. This book is what made evolution known to the public. Many of his theories were incorrect and have been proven wrong by scientists. He believes that all life was evolved from particles. We know that God created life and formed the first man and woman. We also discussed the Bible in class. When Charles Darwin’s crew returned on the HMS Beagle after five years, the captain of the ship came to the church when they were fighting about evolution. He used the Bible against the Origin of Species. He said the Bible was what was true and that is was a mistake to take Charles Darwin on the voyage. I agree that the Bible is true and is what we should believe in how we were created. John 1:1-13, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
