I am writing to thank you for generosity for HCZ Endowed scholarship. By me receiving this scholarship, you have helped enlighten some of my financial situation to help me continue my education here at Walsh University. By receiving this scholarship, I am most appreciative, and thankful for receiving it. I am a senior who is looking forward to graduating this spring from Walsh University with a degree in corporate communications and a minor in marketing. My plans after graduation is to work for a company in sales and in the advertisement field.
Never would they have imagined going to school let alone attending college but because of them I was able to attend school, graduate high school, and attend college. Because of them I had the amazing opportunity to be born in one of the greatest countries in the world and study to become anything or anyone I wanted to be. Because of them and with the help of the Clark Construction Field Scholarship I am able to pursue a degree in Special Elementary education with a minor in Human services and speech pathology and audiology. Without being awarded the scholarship for the past two years my parents and I wouldn’t be able to afford tuition and I wouldn 't be able to pursue a degree. I am not sure what the future may hold for me
I firmly believe that i deserve this award granted by the Courage to Grow Scholarship. Education is greatly important to me and my future. No one in my family has ever attended college and I know that I can change that. I may come from a poor family but it is my goal to be successful in the career i choose.
While this has been a major setback, I value my education and this sisterhood more than anything and am determined to make sacrifices in order to continue to have those two things in my life. As a result, within the last three weeks I have applied for over $40,000 in scholarships, which required me to write around 20 separate essays. Despite my efforts, it is unlikely that I will be awarded all those scholarships and I hope the Beta Tau chapter can assist me. I have received support from this chapter in so many different ways within the past year, and I hope that once I graduate and attain my career goals, I am able to give back all that this place has provided me. Thank you for considering me for this scholarship.
I would be honored to be a recipient of the Seaman High School Historical Society Scholarship. I want to be a recipient of this scholarship because I would like to be remembered as being a student that attended and graduated from this great school district. I think it is extremely important to preserve the history of USD 345, it 's students, graduates, faculty and administration. I believe it is important to create and maintain a permanent display of photographs, yearbooks, school newspapers, as well as any other significant or important memorabilia. It 's always nice to know that the legacy of myself and my classmates will always be remembered, not only for myself but for my family, my children, my grandchildren, my great
I, once again, would like to reiterate the honor I feel in receiving this scholarship and how my education has been one of the saving aspects of my
I deserve this scholarship because of the ways in which this scholarship will enable me to continue and better my life-long goal to become a pediatric nurse. I plan to attend the college of my dreams, Texas Woman’s University. Before attending, I will need to receive money to keep me on the right track, but I have financial issues. I have two brothers already in college and I am the last and only one left. Because I have two brothers in college, it means less money for me.
Since I only live with my mom,and she just has one job to pay all of our bills, paying for college is far from our minds. Even though my mom has worked hard to give me everything I needed and supported me all my life, she just doesn’t have enough to afford the privilege of me going to college. But with the help of this scholarship, I might be able to get a college education. If I get this scholarship,I promise that I will not leave it to waste. I will apply this scholarship to help me in my first years at TMCC.
By receiving this housing scholarship I will be able to further avoid student loan debt and I can focus on working towards a career instead of thinking about how to repay loans. By removing the housing financial barrier, this will make my educational and career goals easier to obtain. Having a scholarship that pays for your education and living expenses will mean more time for studying and learning, which can lead to better grades and retention of knowledge and increase your chances for continuing on to graduate school. This scholarship will make a big difference in how much time and resources I will have during college to spend on enhancing your experience and knowledge through service-learning, volunteer opportunities and internships. The
With my years of professional experience, along with my undergraduate education, I feel I have a great deal of knowledge and information to contribute the Elliott School, as well as my future classmates. In short, I would like to thank you for your time and consideration. I have no doubt that if you approve my application for admission that you will be as pleased with your decision as I will
Application for scholarship 17Th October 2014 Dear Ms. Kaye, The value of Education is something I have understood since a very young age as the majority of my family have not had the opportunity to go into further education let alone university. This left me with a passion to succeed and that is exactly what the Sir Charles Dunstone Scholarship will allow me to do. Coming from a family on a low income there has, more often than not been struggles in getting what some would deem the essentials for academic life however I have never let this be an excuse. Throughout my years at the academy I have had sufficient attendance and have raised the bar this year as high attendance is the key to successes which is not only proven by
This scholarship is a wonderful opportunity for students of GVSU, and I am honored to be considered for this scholarship. I believe that I am a great applicant for this scholarship, and that I deserve this scholarship. One reason I deserve this scholarship is because of my strong academic courses. Throughout my high school career, I pushed myself academically by taking a total of 10 AP classes and 7 honors classes. These classes were all challenging, yet I pushed through with determination to complete the classes to the best of my ability.
