about her condition. In the letter she explained in detail the symptoms she was having. In this letter Eckhout states “This is the start of week number 7 that I do not feel good. I am really frustrated.” In the letter Eckhout suggests that “perhaps a chest X-ray might be in order?” She said that after she faxed the letter she was contacted by Dr. Majors’ wife who was also a part-time office manager about the need for her to schedule an appointment and to stop sending faxes. Eckhout said that she was then scheduled for an office visit on 3/12/14.
Eckhout said that during the 3/12/14 visit her main complaint was the persistent cough. She also pointed out that she had suggested a chest x-ray in her 3/11/14 fax to his office. She told me that the Doctor ordered blood

Ballas Road, Suite 126A, St. Louis, MO. 63131 (314) 432-3397: On 01/09/14 at approximately 1:30pm I interviewed Dr. Patrick Majors about the complaint made against him by Elizabeth Eckhout. The interview was conducted at Armstrong Teasdale located at 7700 Forsyth Blvd. Suite 1800 in Clayton, Missouri. Present at the interview was Sherry Doctorian who was representing Dr. Majors as his legal counsel.
Dr. Majors explained the he had had been the primary care physician for Eckhout for over 20 years. He said that in 2012 he joined a concierge medical service known as MDVIP of Boca Raton, Florida. He said that Eckhout joined this service that same year. He briefly discussed Eckhout’s medical history with me stating that she had been a very healthy patient with no major medical problems in the 20 plus years that he had been her physician.
I asked the Doctor how many patients he currently has with his VIP service. He told me that he currently has 248 patients. He said that he sees many of these patients once a year for an annual check-up. He said that the majority of his patients have a specific medical condition and he sees them every 4 to 6
