Introduction
Conflict in the workplace is a normal phenomenon, in most organizations. As long as people work together, conflicts may arise, and presented to the management must constructive response is a challenge. Conflict may arise between employees and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, superiors and subordinates.
In the business world, the conflict can be over thing such as contract wording, terms of sale and differences work styles. It is composed of a compromise or agreement, while avoiding the process of debate and controversy reached.
This is inevitable, different needs from time to time, there will be conflict and differences, human desires and beliefs are pooling purposes. If there are no negotiations, such conflicts may lead to controversy and resentment because one or all parties dissatisfied. The key negotiation is going to try to reach agreement, and does not result in barriers to communication in the future.
In order to achieve the desired results, it may be useful to follow a structured way to negotiate. But the cost to service those machines which made from Germany is more than RM3000. This is because all the spare parts of these printing machines are originally imported from Germany.
Besides that, Mr Guna also will not use the local ink to refill because it will not full fill the requirements needed by the customers. He will use the original ink which cost about RM300, to get a good quality product which can satisfies his customer’s requirements. By providing a good quality product to customer can maintain a customer loyalty.
Other than the printing machines, there are some other conflict that Mr Guna face like some temporary employees who will keep on skip job and will not fully focusing on the job given by the boss. It will result in lost which Mr Guna has to bear the lost by his own self. This will cause some conflict between the boss and the employees.
During economy down, Mr Guna get less order due to many things are expensive and customer not affordable to pay the cost of printed products. So, Mr Guna could not manage to pay salary for his employees on time. In addition, the bill of electric and the rent of the company not yet paid. Due to this situation, many employees have resigned their job. So, Mr Guna has to go through this hard time by
