Critical appraisal summary.
In America, there are fifty states, which combine to one united country. All these states have a government of their own called the state government. There is a government, which governs all the fifty state governments, and it is called the federal government. The federal government is the greatest government because it governs all the state issues. When there is a conflict between the state law and the federal law, the federal law always trumps the state law because of its superiority. In the United States of America, the Constitution has given the Congress power to create federal courts other than the Supreme Court and also to determine the jurisdiction of those courts. When one works in the congress, they feel good because it is them who govern the laws of the country. With that power, they meet at times and come up with strategies on how they can start the courts. By doing this, it is easier to get service no matter where you are and no judgment by a court being past its jurisdiction area. There is a court called the district courts that act as trial courts of the federal court system. The district courts have jurisdiction to hear nearly all the categories of federal cases including both civil and criminal matters. At some moments, there are times where the courts are full and cannot listen to all the cases presented. At this moment, the district courts are allowed to come in and assist the judicial courts in the rulings because they have the jurisdiction of listening and giving rulings to the cases. This eases the high numbers of people who may be waiting for the ruling thus making the process
