The United States is a country in which every day is as much as changes in their justice systems, as in the constitution in order to defend the rights of citizens and improve as a country. Is America a country completely free of injustice, discrimination and respect for the rights of citizens ?. There are two things related to the improvement and stability of the country. According to Obama's Speech he was trying to make many changes and implement new laws for equality of all people as well as a fair justice system for all citizens regardless of race. According To the article The Bill of Rights, states "Congress cannot pass laws That Establish a specific religion for Americans, forbid Americans from practicing Their own religions, or interfere With Americans' freedom of speech, press, the right to gather peacefully, or the right to express disagreement With the government ". Delegates from 13 states gathered in Philadelphia to sign an agreement to conduct The Bill of Rights or also known as the 10 Amendments, as these states wanted to make some additions to the constitution to make sure that the government would not to abuse their power against citizens. The convention of many states wanted all people in the United States were free to be what they wanted to be, as long as they do not break the law. Therefore the first amendment was established. In this way people could have an opinion and have the right to express themselves, even if it is talking about the government. The country could implement new things if citizens did not agree with the laws and improve them to create a better place to live. The convention of many states established the amendment VIII of the constitution, because all the states want a fair justice system in which people can also keep their rights and those they deserve their rights to matter race, color or social classes, because they are citizens of The United States. According to the Obama's Speech, states "Justice is giving every child a shot at a great education no matter what zip code they're born into. Justice is giving everyone willing to work hard the chance at a good job with good wages, no matter what their name is, their skin or color is, where they live ".
