A social problem is a state that at least some people in a community sentiment as being unpleasant. Young adults open to all sorts of social problems as teenagers have very high curiosity, besides college students are also included in this group. Nowadays, every newspaper is filled with various reports about unpleasant social condition among our country’s youngsters. For examples of social problems in Malaysia include crime, violence, gangsterism, drug abuse, baby dumping, vandalism, and young relationship among youth. However, drug abuse among the youth in Malaysia is becoming a grave concern. According to Abdul Rahman Hamid (2015), drug abuse issues in Malaysia is still trouble matter even though it is not as weighty as in other countries. If this issues is not being concern and handle properly it will caused huge problem among the youth. Drug abuse is one of social problem facing by youngsters in Malaysia and the solution to abolish this problem by government, schools and parents.

First and foremost, the causes that drag the youngsters hooked themselves in drug abuse problems even children as young as seven years old. In Malaysia the most factors that influenced teenagers to be drug abuser are peer pressure and curiosity (Dr. Tam Cai Lian, n.d). In other words, if the numbers of people in the social group take drug, there will be pressure which are direct and indirect pressure.
