The Beast of Frankenstein

What is your definition of a human? A human, in my opinion, is just a mammal with humanity. Humans care for each other and help each other. The difference between a human and something else is that humans can easily turn into beasts. In Gris Grimly's horror novel, Frankenstein, Victor creates some form of a human. But, that thing is nowhere close to being human. It is a vile monster and of a different species.

The creature Victor Frankenstein created is not human because it is a monster. This thing has proven it is a monster because it has destroyed life and unleashed its anger out on a building. The creature didn’t interpret its emotions right so they too it over. In the book it shows how the creature let its anger control itself and kill Victor's little brother, William. The creature grasped his neck and squeezed with all his might till the poor little boy had suffocated to death. Then it had the nerve to frame innocent Justine for the murder. (Grimly,113-114) It allowed itself to kill William and Justine because its rage took control. It may seem human to lose control but, once you murder innocents and all that blood is in your hands, you are no longer human. Its emotions guided it to a world of blood where it shows its true form. Once your emotions take over your soul is lost forever, and it shows the darkest form of you. That is what happened to the creature and it can never redeem itself from
