Being the exclusive toy company to manufacture and sell NASA toys is a special niche for the business. Galaxy Toys are the first to know what NASA has planned, designs and prototypes for real-life rovers, rockets, shuttles and other space-oriented machines. This exclusive insight gives the company an advantage to release product lines for upcoming adventures and space exploration. We also have the insight to use the available technology to match the toy product to the real machine. Within the SWOT analysis, we determined our strengths and weaknesses. Strengths include the demand for specialized toys, dedication to keeping toys safe and playable, while working on weaknesses of production costs, technology limitations and time frames. Opportunities include newer technology being built into the toys, the market demand and the Mars exploration projects being developed give the business an edge in the space exploration toy industry. Along with our previous commitments, and possibilities, I, therefore, recommend the long-term plan of producing 1 million Payload Nine toys for Christmas 2017 and 1 million MMETJE1 toys for Christmas
